Monitoring Tickets you have submitted
To monitor tickets that have you have submitted or tickets shared with you, visit the Support Portal page - Support : Bensons for Beds Support Desk (freshservice.com).
All the tickets you have submitted or that have been shared with you, will appear in the 'Open tickets' column. You should select 'View All' at the bottom of the page, and change the filter from 'Open or Pending' to the appropriate option.
You will not be able to see tickets you have submitted to groups outside your own department using the Freshservice Dashboard.
